Account terms
The rules for creating and using an Infinity Insights account.
These terms are provided by Infinity Insights AB and take effect when you create an account. This version is dated 21 October 2026.
Who can create an account
You can create an account from age 13 if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or the United States. The European Economic Area includes the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
In other countries, this first release is available only to adults who are at least 18 and have reached any higher age of adulthood where they live. This is the scope of our initial rollout. It is not a statement that every country requires people to be 18 to use a learning website.
We do not currently offer accounts below these limits or accounts managed by a parent or school. Give accurate information in the age check and registration form. The check relies on what you tell us and does not verify your identity. We do not ask for identity documents. Existing public courses and resources can be used without an account.
What your account includes
Creating and keeping an account is free and creates no payment obligation. After verifying your email, you can use the Swedish A1 exercises, save test selections and keep your results and learning progress across devices. Results are practice feedback, not an official language qualification. Creating an account does not buy a subscription or guarantee access to future features.
Looking after your account
Use an email address you control and keep your password private. Do not share your account, create accounts for someone else, send unwanted email through account forms, bypass access restrictions or attempt to access another person's information.
We send essential messages for verification, account security, recovery and account closure. These are part of operating your account. They are not a marketing subscription.
Closing an account
You can download your account information or request deletion from Your account. We may restrict or close accounts that do not meet the eligibility rules, misuse the service or create a security risk. Unverified and long-inactive accounts are removed according to the periods in Account privacy.

Availability and changes
Maintenance, technical problems or security limits can temporarily interrupt account access or email delivery. We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing accounts where practical, including changes to these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.
Your information
Account privacy explains how your information is used and your rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or optional visit statistics.
